This Brilliantly version of Willie Wilder’s ace in the hole is so beautiful in this glorious black-and-white production kirk Douglas at his best.If you seen this before you should see it now in Blu-ray will keep you on the edge of your seat to the very end

Astounding film
The film is astounding. Kirk Douglas is perfect as a blowhard reporter who is only interested in the story. Wilder’s writing and directing are spot on. This is definitely an under appreciated gem.
