I bought it refurbished, but I did not think there would be any dents/scratches. I received mine with 2 dents and 2 scratches. The price is unbeatable though for a very fast, HD, powerful laptop that came with free anti virus software through Best Buy. Google also offers a variety of options for a free gift when you purchase a chrome book, this gift is obtainable during the laptop set up process. Comes with built in anti virus and tons of storage. I’ve only just gotten it, but I really like it so far as I haven’t been able to take my hands off of it. Touchscreen is smooth and responsive as well. Speakers are nice. The touch censored semi-back lit keyboard is a plus too. Pretty pleased and think it will make a great laptop for school. Hoping for long lasting durability with this guy, because so far all I see are positives besides the dents/scratches.

This is my 7th chromebook (everyone in my family has one). I've had all of the high end models, and yes I own a pixelbook as well. This acer model is an incredible option for those looking for all the bells and whistles on a budget. Its a beautiful chassis, all aluminum, good screen display, some of the best speakers you'll find on a chromebook, everything about the build is quality. Compared to the higher end models, its a little slow on the performance side which is to be expected with a lesser processor but I imagine for most people who just want a laptop to check facebook, twitter, watch netflix or youtube they'd probably never really notice.

I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished Chromebook. But I wanted the Pentium processor and to get a new one was out of my budget. This is an amazing laptop. And I am so glad that I have left Windows 10 behind and I'm dealing with chrome and it's apps. I have not noticed any lapse in Windows Office Suite from what I had on my old computer. I would highly recommend any refurbished product from Best Buy.
