I bought this monitor only three or four months ago, and now I have random lines on it. First of all this should not happen on monitor cost hundreds of dollars especially i was just using it for just a couple of months. Especially it’s during pandemic so I’m working from home and it disrupts me work significantly. It is more ridiculous that customer need pay for the shipping to ship it to the repair center. It is your defective product that caused inconvenience and failed the buyer. Acer is now adding more burden on us. It is totally unacceptable. I am a technology guy and I use demanding products before from different brands. With no exceptional for all the repairs under warranty, The manufacturers cover both ways shipping. I have to say, thank you Acer, you really opened my eyes

Broken in one year. This literally just sits on a desk and now it has hundreds of rainbow lines running down the screen. Tried multiple devices and cables to fix it. More than $300 down the toilet.

HDR600 looks amazing on this monitor. I use it with my Xbox One X and games like COD: Warzone are a standout. If I am not mistaken this is a Freesync 2 monitor which allows Freesync to be used in conjunction with HDR. 60hz for Xbox One x is all one needs (even many Xbox Series X games will not run beyond 60fps with ray tracing enabled). Side note: do not place any magnets near this monitor because it will cause severe flickering. The stand is premium and sturdy, the rear is indeed black unlike the white one found on other websites. It also features are screw on knob to hang a headset. The menu button takes time to get use to but it works great. The speakers are nothing special (not the most crisp) but it can get pretty loud. The value here compared to some of the LG models cannot be beat.
