I purchased this laptop through the BestBuy.com as a refurbished laptop. I received it directly from the Acer distribution center. This computer had a critical error immediately upon opening and starting the computer. I had to return it to exchange it at the local Best Buy. With exchanging the computer, I was able to get a Dell laptop that had additional problems as well. Even a brand new out of the box Dell did the same thing. Finally got an ASUS that actually works and works really well! WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED AN ACER REFURB AT ALL!!!

I have a Samsung i-3 that I paid over $600 A few Years ago and it's been great. 2 years ago I bought an Acer i-5 1.80GHz X2 for almost $500 / no Problems. In March when I saw an Acer i-7 2.40GHz X2 / 2 in one for $450 On Best Buy online Had To Have It, And so far it's great. Very Fast.

Similar to other reviews would not boot out of the box, contacted Acer and was instructed to return it.
