Q: Does this laptop use windows? Can I play fortnite?
A: Yes it uses windows, and yes you can play fortnite on it at epic settings and still run around 60fps.
Q: Can I add additional storage? SSD or disk drive?
A: This model ships with an SSD drive and should include a hdd kit to allow the user to purchase a 2.5" hdd and add it to the system. If for any reason the kit is not included, please feel free to contact Acer support to have a kit sent to you.
Q: Is this good for video editing?
A: This should be fine for video editing. We do recommend that the system will meet or exceed the system requirements of any software you want to use, for best results.
A: This model does not support Thunderbolt 3 and the GPU is not over-clockable. Changing the M.2 or 2.5" hdd will not void the warranty as long as no damage occurs by doing so. If damage does occur, the repair will be subject to a fee but once it is repaired, the warranty will continue until it expires.
A: This model supports up to 32GB memory using two memory slots.
Q: Can I get a custom graphics card with this laptop?
A: The internal components such as GPU or CPU on the Acer laptop products are not upgradeable nor are customizable prior to sale.
