Customers find value in the Nitro XV322Qk monitor's features, although some have noted that the color depth could be improved. Feedback suggests that the color contrast and sharpness may not meet the expectations of all users seeking high-end image quality. Overall, this is supposed to be the cheapest of the monitors in the 4k 144HZ refresh rate 31.5-inch specification, and I shouldn't be too harsh on it, but the following negative experiences are simply too much to take. The biggest issue is that, despite its $450 price, it suffers from the same whitening and dragging concerns as lower-priced VA panels. It appears noticeably white or even grayish in hue when not immediately facing the screen. To be honest, it never occurred to me that this would be a VA panel when I placed the order because that information wasn't clearly mentioned in the title and it wasn't selling for more than a hundred or two hundred dollars anyhow. And here comes my second problem. Furthermore, the screen isn't even 10bit color with 8bit+FCR, but rather native 8bit, which isn't even mentioned on the product's parameter page. When I hooked up the screen and saw thiss, I was enraged and laughing; you can't just leave all the parameters that work against you untouched on the information page; who would have imagined there would be an 8bit 4k screen in 2023? The amusing part is that after taking a closer look at the product's specifications, I decided to cancel the order. I chatted with the Live agent two days in a row, and he assured me that the order had been canceled, and the monitor just appeared at my front door on the third day. The Live agent was super nice, so I assume it was due to the misunderstanding of Best Buy order management. Anyway, this occurrence makes me wonder if God made me use this monitor, even if it has so many flaws. I'll probably stick with it for the next two years.

Solid Monitor, works well for work and gaming. Colors stand out but don’t pop like you would hope in 4K, the Matte finish is perfect for the work side, yet takes away on the gaming side but feel that’s a personal preference. For the value solid 4K monitor for the price, but if color contrast and sharpness is more your goal not the monitor for you. The settings menu, took a while to get used too but switching inputs requires multiple button presses. Not a quick switch like my previous monitor. Built in Speakers get the job done for work audio as well, very mono sounding but work for meetings. Depending on your input source changing volume also not as simple as multiple button presses. More of a process of memorizing the button layout.

Hangs on the wall perfectly! Images are crisp and clear and with an added bonus...it has speakers (not great ones, but at least functional).
