This is my first Chromebook and first time buying anything refurbished and I am not disappointed at all. First of all I was impressed when it arrived; it looked and worked like brand new! Now getting to the Chromebook; this is a fantastic machine, easy to set up and use. I bought it about two months ago to replace my Acer Windows 7 notebook and it is head and shoulders above the old one. It runs MUCH faster and the battery lasts forever. I would highly recommend this Acer R-11.

For the price and what it, the Acer is an excellent piece of gear. robust plastic outside and $200 for strong computing from a browser supported, SaaS software. Graphics level is super weak however as when using it with my extended desktop...disappointing. otherwise, could not be more pleased

Replacing my netbook, good performance and you can install Linux on it so it's usable & modable.
