I've had two of these monitors for about a year now, and they've worked very well. They haven't faded or shown their wear at all even after being left on constantly. I've traveled with them and moved them between workplace and home, and so far nothing has broken. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the stand itself is space consuming. if it wasn't a full circle and it would work better for more confined setups.
