  Laptop is nice. Love the light up keys. Can not Activate Windows Product Activation Key is missing first 5 characters. They covered it up, You need to scratch the silver film. Wala no Characters. Tech Support can't help. Advised me to return laptop and reorder another one. Can you believe they cant tell me how to solve the problem.
