Purchased this to replace an aging, temperamental machine. I immediately replaced the hard drive with an SSD and the performance is adequate for its intended purpose (Office, web browsing, email). If you are looking for high end performance, this is not the machine for you. If you are looking for a budget machine with decent specs, then I can recommend it. This was an open box deal, so it came in a generic box, but it was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. I used PC-Mover to migrate all of the applications and data from the existing machine, made a few adjustments and it's been running smoothly ever since.

Great PC for business, espiecallly since it was refurbished. Have not had any issues in the year + that Ive owned it. Great price, great quality, would highly reccomend to anyone looking for a mid-end computer for personal or for business. Best buy includes some great extras like anti virus, etc.
