I purchased this system for a friend in dire need of a PC upgrade. This system has worked out brilliantly thus far! I upgraded the RAM to 32GB (the max) and I added a 1TB SSD to compliment the 2TB HDD it came with. The *only* issue I had with the system is not being able to clone the HDD to the SSD due to the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) functionality being enabled. This put the HDD in a "RAID" mode that made the Acronis True Image have issues cloning the HDD to the SSD. A "native" Windows 10 installation solved that, after I put the system in AHCI mode. What captured my interest in this system were the 8th gen Intel i5 CPU and the 2TB HDD. If you're looking at a good performing desktop system, without spending a ton of money, this is a good system to consider. Lastly, it's a factory refurbished system, not one refurbished by Geek Squad or anything. Hope this helps!

it can handle quite a few processes at once...many may open tabs and a couple programs at one time. The hdmi out seems to provide a really good picture on my 50ish inch t.v. screen that I use instead of a monitor.

Very easy setup. So much faster than my old laptop. My 8yr old can navigate without issue.
