The acer switch 12 is an amazing device for the price. If it's performance and great visuals that you're after, then look no further! The acer switch 12 is definately for you. Compared to other tabtops out there, the acer switch lineup didn't quite stack up as far as the reviews went. But after much debate (and exchanging the much slower switch 10) I've noticed an amazing difference in power and speed with a liquid cool loop technology and fanless cooling tech, thanks to the i3 6th gen processor. Although there's not much to be had as far as hd space is concerned, there's enough for what i bought it for and that's strictly for school. The operator of the device can always use an external hd if need be. The only thing that took time for me to get used to was the super thin keyboard which was a little on the cheaper side. As far as visuals go, after watching a few youtube videos, i scrolled through the video quality settings and noticed a 4k setting. Yup! Works just fine. If you buy this try searching for 4k test videos and watch in amazement! I highly recommend the gumdrop case made by droptech as well since theres no otter box cases available yet. This gives off a fantastic sleek design and gives maximum protection (which you need). This gets a 5/5 stars from me no questions asked! Buy this buy this buy this!

Overall it is a very well designed machine. The only drawback is very short battery life. Also, some of the preloaded software doesn't work as advertised.

Very nice machine. Only downside is the power brick that is required. Battery life if not that long.
