Just bought this for my daughter and it is pretty cool. The way it moves and attacks in the game is better than a lot of the other Skylanders Trap Masters. It also seems pretty solid and not as likely to break as so many of these other Trap Team figures. She has all of the games in the series and almost all of the figures(over 200 with different variations of most) and the older ones are just so much more solid. These ones, especially the Trap Masters, break way too easily. Of all the figures we own, not one ever was broken until the Trap Masters Tuff Luck and Winterset Lob Star. Both broke while in their storage cases. I would think they could keep making them tough with all the money they make off of these. They have to be making a killing with what they charge for each figure and the fact that the average person probably buys several figures for each game as well. I am in the wrong business.

Four of my six children are gamers. My 11 and 7 year old sons love collecting Skylanders and have for years (since the original Spyro series). Although costly as a whole, the individual Trap Team pieces are easy for young children to earn money and buy on their own.

Thunderbolt is one of two air trap masters, so you might as well get one of them, and this one has a cool sword. The character in game is a bit slow when walking around, but his powers are really cool and he is good at taking out enemies quickly.
