Getting below average speed from my ssd, I felt for around $70,this would be a worthwhile upgrade. Installation was ok, though I had minor difficulty attaching the card with the tiny screw. I then did a disk copy to the drive and switched the bios. My ssd will now be used to store my data with this m2 drive containing my operating system an programs. Boot up time an running programs are tangibly faster so I am happy with my purchase.

Upgrade from a mechanical HDD. Make a difference with the speed and boot in up time.

My SSD on my new Acer Nitro 5 laptop started to fail and it would not let me erase data so I did not want to send it in under warranty. I bought the Gammix gaming SSD and am very happy. The laptop runs smoother than it did with the original unit. It definitely handles high demand tasks better. I would recommend it.
