    Before we begin

    When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

    Connect audio hub

    We’ll connect and configure 1 audio bridge or transmitter to your existing home network. Then, we’ll install and configure audio software onto your PC, tablet, or mobile device.

    Setup services

    Whether you prefer Pandora or Spotify, we’ll configure your subscription the way you want. Then, we’ll connect and configure up to 2 networked audio devices, like Amazon Echo, Play-Fi devices, and others.

    Adding speakers

    We’ll connect your speakers to the device and test for functionality. We’ll also pair, update firmware and run audio tuning when applicable.

    Final steps

    We’ll demonstrate how to use your new system, clean up our work area, and let you know how to contact us for future support.

    This service does not include custom wire concealment or runs, installation of additional networked audio devices, or network setup or troubleshooting.

    Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

      Raf and Matt came to set up our TV, Sonos and Universal remote. They did an excellent job. RAF was extremely knowledgeable about the technical aspect. They made sure all our questions were answered before they left. They gave they contact info just in case we have any questions.

      My experience with Geek squad didnt start off very well. We spent $6000 on surround sound and a nice TV and spoke with the sales associate in best buy about our needs. We were very explicit in what we had to have done. When Geek squad comes out, they were shocked at what was put down vs what was to be accomplished. Needless to say, arguing with them trying to explain again what we paid for wasnt a great experience. My advise would be to consult with GEEK Squad first before hand so there are no surprises. Geek squad techs are very capable people but the communication inter company is lacking between sales and install.

      The Geek Squad did a great job! The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he connect the purchased components from best buy, but he also connected my old amp to the office speakers (which was originally going to be zone 3 but there was an issue with the amp).
