When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
If we’re replacing your existing flat-panel TV, we'll remove it and secure the mounting bracket you supply to a standard frame wall. Then, we'll mount and secure the new flat-panel TV to the bracket.
We’ll route in-wall rated cables for A/V devices that you supply through a standard frame wall, within a single stud bay. Then, we'll connect the TV power cord to an existing AC power outlet.
We'll ensure that all wall-fished cable exit points are finished off with either a wall bushing or a wall plate. Then, we'll neatly dress wires and cables, and use wire ties when necessary.
We’ll demonstrate the functionality of your new TV, clean up our workspace, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
This service does not include connection or setup of video or audio devices, or setup and installation of speakers. Also not included is mounting to any surface other than drywall or mounting over a fireplace.
This service does not include drilling access holes, hiding speaker wire, or any other types of custom wire runs or mounting.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
