  The blue by ADT app is meh, but it's the only one that sends notifications to your phone without having a professional monitoring contract. This product alerted me to a water leak in my basement in the middle of the night and saved me from significant water damage.

  I already had a water leak from my hot water heater. Needed a way to detect the next one. This fits the bill perfectly. Small and wireless. Easily integrated into my ADT home alarm system.
