I love it, and I even have some herbs that have already sprouted!! Not to mention it is a great conversation starter- everyone that has visited me has asked about it :) after I master the herbs kit that came with it I am totally going to try the grow anything kits with my own seeds and see how they turn out.

I tried going veggies indoors during the Spring months and failed in the end. I started the growing process 1 day after I received my order and the results are amazing!! Its been 16 days and four of my six pods (heirloom salad) are about 2-3 inches high already. Sometimes germination takes a little longer for the seed pod varieties, but I am happy with what I have right now. I am going to purchase another so I can grow herbs in one and different veggies in another. Who knows, maybe I will buy two more. You definitely, will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I also like the new way to program your garden. My old one had one setting and that’s it. This one the light time can be adjusted based on what’s in your garden for better growing.

I'm satisfied with this unit after having it for almost a month. I wish I bought the bigger one because I can only grow enough salad for one meal for my wife and I.

However for me, of the 6 pods that were provided one did not sprout but not a big deal. Once they are growing quite a bit, it may seem crowded. I attached a photo of exactly 30 days as of planting.

- A:Answer You can purchase replacement seed and pod kits at so many places online. To name a few Aerogarden website, Walmart, Amazon,Bed bath and Beyond, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. There are a lot more options online just search in your browser aerogarden pods. You can even get seed pods of flowers like petunias.

- A:Answer Our Seed Pods are not reusable since they get overgrown with roots. You should have no issues with transplanting the Aerogarden seed pods into your own soil if you care to do so. Please visit our website to find our Grow Anything Seed Pod Kits that you can use to plant your own seeds in our seedpods. We do not recommend using any other products with the Aerogarden than our own, since we haven't tested their efficacy. Q: QuestionSeems like an expensive way to plant leafy greens indoor. Why is this better than just an indoor soil-based set up?

- A:Answer I have not had much luck growing indoors for extended periods of time. I purchased the Aerogarden slim and 23 days in I have 4 inch tall plants and a variety of lettuce. I’m halfway to being able to harvest some for a salad.

Q: QuestionI started my tomatoes in mid september i have about 40 green tomatoes on my plants but none have started turning red yet. Is this normal? About how long before they turn red?

- A:Answer We're sorry to hear the tomatoes have not been produced yet. You should see yellow flowers on your tomato plants at 5-7 weeks and around week 8-9, tomatoes should set. Adding an extra capful of our Liquid Plant Food at each feeding will help your Tomatoes turn red, in this situation. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance. I'm growing Tomatoes in my Harvest Elite, and I've been harvesting them for about 9 months straight. There are certain vegetable plants that we do recommend growing in the Bounty or Farm models, due to their increased height.
