Purchased this temporary phone for a friend who moved in from out of state. They needed a temporary phone while waiting to activate her package phone internet service from ATT which won't take effect until a couple of weeks, hence the need for a temporary phone service. Service was decent for her area. My main gripe is that it's too complicated to activate the phone. And fill it with a pre paid card. It needed you to fill out your info and you had to provide a contact number. Can't skip that. Of course she doesn't have a phone number that's the reason for the pre paid. You had to have internet connection to complete the process. Which wasn't available yet at her home. We had use my phone as a hot spot. She had to log in her email on my phone which is required in order to complete the process. If you want something quick and simple to activate don't go with this service.

I was looking for something that was super easy to use, and had no frills. This is phone works great. Fits in my front pocket and can hardly tell its there.
