First off, I've only had for 2 weeks but here goes, after receiving from UPS the box appeared to have been literally kicked from the warehouse to my door, see the pick below. Miraculously it wasn't damaged, beyond surprised and disappointed with Best Buy QC. That said overall the item computer is solid, have had some issues with the killer network card, unfortunately Geek Squad was no help whatsoever with this, have been dealing directly with Killer Network and there customer service has A+.
