Before getting this one, I bought an iBuyPower PC from Best Buy. Its frame rate was low and drops constantly when I was playing PUBG. So I returned it and the store staff just asked why I chose to return it. Then I explored a lot of other options. I saw many bad reviews about CyberPower and iBuyPower PC. And I don't want to spend too much time on building my own one. Finally I decided to buy an Alienware. At worst I could just return this too. Surprisingly this PC gives me stable 110 FPS (1080p) with all Ultra settings when playing PUBG. 140 FPS if I change all settings to high. The price here is the same as Dell Alienware website. But Dell's delivery speed is so slow. And you can also save the tax if you pick up from a tax-free store, like the ones in NH. And you are less worried about PC parts breaking during shipping.

iCloud would not work with Outlook 16 on this computer. Geek Squad spent at least 6 1/2 hours on it and I spent 3 days. Still wouldn't work. They said it should but couldn't get it to work. Loved the speed and thought it would be great for other stuff. But I need this and am very disappointed. Am taking it back. Sad!

I purchased this Alienware computer because of previous positive reviews. I was not disappointed. It starts up quickly due to the SSD and runs all the video applications I want with the GTX 1080 video card. Definitely worth the money.

Alienware is the way to go. Got this for my 15 y/o. Exactly what he wanted in a gaming computer. Excellent graphics card plus having SSD in addition to the normal hard drive . The price was $200 cheaper than everywhere else.

Well worth the money! Great gaming PC! I searched for a lot of pre-built gaming desktops with a GTX 1080. This was a great price $1899 for a well built, pre-built machine.

This is my first real gaming PC and it’s a great deal! It’s been able to play every new game I’ve tried at 1440p 90+fps. No issues and it runs smoothly doing anything else.

I bought this for my son for his graduation gift. He loves it a lot. The computer boots up and loads games very quick, I wish it comes with more Ram.
