Seriously, this is the laptop I always wanted: amazing graphics, speed, and storage capacity, and with the great perk of back-lit keys (incredibly minor detail, yes, but amazing to those of us who only upgrade every 8-10 years or so). This is built and sold as gaming hardware, but works incredibly well for non-gaming purposes. The cooling system built into the laptop is also top-notch: I've kept this laptop running for at least 3 hours literally on my lap, and did not feel any excessive heat. Well done, Alienware!

Everything I read up on this system was right on par. Runs all my mmo's without a glitch. I do keep a notebook cooler fan under it to keep it running nice and cool. No negative issues with this product. Happy with my purchase.
