Customers consistently note the excellent sound quality and comfortable design of the Wireless Wired Stereo Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and customizable RGB lighting, although some find the headset heavy and wish for a higher maximum volume. A few users experienced issues with the software, and some felt the price was high.
This is Alienware's first wireless headset, and I love it. I'm no audiophile but I am sensitive to audio hiss when there is nothing playing, both wired and wireless headsets alike. This headset hiss is (almost non-existent) NOTICABLY less than the Arctis Pro, that's why I went with these. I DO miss the feature of the hotswappable batteries and charging dock/mixamp from the Arctis Pro. Mostly the mixamp, as I am not a fan of the Alienware software. It wants to manage your thermals and launch games and the like, I just want it to change or turn off the lights on my headset, and mess with EQ. YOU CAN DO THAT, it's just not very user friendly. Plug n play, works with PC, PS4 and Xbox with a chat adapter cable. Lights drain battery, turn them off if you don't stream. THERE IS A FEMALE ROBOTIC VOICE THAT TALKS TO YOU WHEN YOU CHANGE EQ, OR MUTE MIC, CANNOT DISABLE. She sounds like a thicc alien hunny tho so it's aight I guess.

Actually, I am very surprised of these Alienware Wireless Gaming Headset, many may criticize its price ($ 229.99) but you have to be clear with things, when it comes to quality these headsets break all limits, since you have your packaging in your Hands up your design and sound. In my case I have tried many headsets of which supposedly have the sound 7.1 and I have not been surprised, but when you put these Alienware headsets in your head, you will enjoy a maximum quality sound, in a game I was playing PUBG and I can I told them that I could hear my enemies who were at a great distance from me, also at the moment of shooting the sound becomes more real. The material is very, very superior to the vast majority of market headset. You have to take into account something very important, these headsets are exclusively for Alienware computers, if you do not have a PC or Alienware Laptop, you will not be able to enjoy all the experience that these incredible headsets offer, meanwhile, I am in love with these headsets and I am getting the most out! It is absolutely amazing. The most plush comfortable feeling headphones I've ever tried on and some of the best sound quality in the game. At first I didn't like that they were wireless but honestly now I can say I love it. I don't know why I didn't make the switch sooner!
