One downer is that if you pause it or just leave it on the menu for more than like 5 min it shuts off. There may be a setting but I haven't been able to find it yet

It really couldn't have been beat for the price I got it for at $350 off the normal retail price. The Amazon OS has its flaws but it's easy to use. You don't even need to use the remote with all the voice commands available. Some minor issues are the TV likes to unpause it self after a few minutes no matter what I do. Other than that it's a great TV with awesome image quality. I didn't see the need to spend an extra $1000 to get "OLED" when "QLED" looks great. At some point that tiny boost in image quality is pointless.

This was a cluster from the time I ordered this tv. From them changing the delivery date, to the tv not working once installed, to talking to cust. serv. to return it, to the pick up not happening (15 mins. prior to p/u) because cust. serv. told me it wouldn't be a problem that I couldn't take it off the wall. WRONG! It will be a very cold day before I purchase from this company again. Lesson Learned!!!

Q: QuestionI can’t get the hands-free Alexa to work. I turned the microphone button on and off but it still doesn’t work. The only way I get Alexa to work is if I push the button on the remote.

- A:Answer Hello Wayne! You can try a couple different options to troubleshoot. You can go to Settings>Alexa>Wakeword and verify that "Alexa" is selected as the word to use to wake Alexa. Next you could check to make sure you have the latest software version by going to Settings>Device & Software>About>Check for Updates. Lastly, you can power cycle your TV by going to Settings>Device & Software>Restart. This will shut it down and bring it back up like rebooting a computer. If none of that helps and you have confirmed that the Mic button is on, then I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support for them to be able to troubleshoot your specific issue further. I hope this helps and that you have a phenomenal day!

Q: QuestionAccording to the BestBuy specification information for the 75 inch TV there is NO Tv tuner built into the product. Is this actually true? For the 75 inch model, is the panel VA or IPS? What is the separation between the stands on the 75 inch model?

- A:Answer Hello! This TV doesn't have a tuner built in, however, there is another way to watch live TV on this TV. You can watch live TV on supported apps and browse what's airing from the Fire TV home screen or the Live tab. Some apps do require a paid subscription. To watch live TV on your device: 1. Download apps that offer live TV content from the app store. You can also pair a Fire TV Recast to watch over-the-air TV. 2. Browse what's currently airing from the On Now row on your Home screen or the Live tab. You can also use the channel guide button on your remote. The panel is a QLED LCD. Have a great day!
