Great update with increased speed
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Very awesome! It took 2 minutes tops to download 120 Word documents I had saved in the cloud. This version is so much faster, though it did get a bit slower as I got closer to the storage limit. (After loading all my books and Word documents, I have less than 6gb of space left.) Haven't really paid attention to battery life. I've spent a week on vacation reading for approximately 6 hours a day. I kept the wifi off and the backlight was barely on since I was outside with the sun shining on me and my deck chair. I recharged it once at 50%. So far so good, I believe.

Must have for travel
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Must have for travel. I really enjoy how lightweight the kindle is and how much more responsive it is compared to previous versions. I really enjoy taking advantage of the $4.99 or less ebooks on the kindle. It first perfectly in my backpack and is easy to take out on a plane ride.

The first one finally stopped holding a charge after like 8 years. And when you consider a hardcover book is like $30 it won't take long for this to pay for itself.

Everyone needs a kindle in their lives

However, after over a month they couldnt tell me when I would get it. So ordered from best buy. Love the product and bring it everywhere with me. Also best buy did a great job getting the item shipped out to me. HIGHLY recommend

My favorite Kindle
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I have a Kindle Voyage, a gen 1 Kindle Oasis, and now this 11th gen Paperwhite. Out of the three I’m liking this one the best. True that much of the improvements to this device came to the Oasis gen 2, but the asymmetric back of the oasis never really impressed me, the aluminum back is slick, and it just didn’t wow me for the $250+ price. This Paperwhite took all of the best features that came to the Oasis gen 2 and added wireless charging, a USB C port, and a screen size that is almost as large, and is less than $200. I’m sold. It’s a great reader! Fits well in the hand, has a great light, has the blue light feature for eye strain relief. It’s really my sweet spot. Highly recommended!

||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This is a replacement from my many years old Kindle paperwhite. I am not yet using exploring the new features (Bluetooth audio and wireless charging). Initially it looked the same as my old Paperwhite, but it feels better, most probably due to the boost in speed and the better front light. If you were expecting an improvement on the web browser, you will be disappointing. It is still clunky. It is something that I rarely use though
