This processor is an absolute beast. I have mine paired with an H100i and under the heaviest load I can throw at it, it never goes above 50°c. I don't even have to fiddle with overclocking like with my old i5, it overclocking itself as long as there is thermal overhead. Gaming, audio/video editing, compiling code, and running multiple VM's is nothing for this thing.

Until AMD's new Threadripper models come out later this year, there is nothing faster. One quick run of CPU-Z revealed a single thread score of 2337 and a multi-tread score of 18940 vs the i7-6950x that scored 1864/15907. Photoshop fully loads within 2-3 seconds max and most programs launch instantly. Bar none, this is the best CPU I've ever had the privilege of owning and will only get better as driver bugs are patched.
