I just built my first computer, and I gambled with this processor because Best Buy had the deal of the day with this listed for only $99! I jumped on it. I am 4 days into my rig, and I'm so happy with this processor! I have it OC'd to 3.9ghz at 1.325V. It runs at approximately 65 - 72 under heavy gaming loads, with the stock cooler, which is completely acceptable! I am currently using a GTX 1660 ti graphics card, and I can play any game I've thrown at this CPU/Graphics combo at Ultra settings while averaging 100-130fps. I play Gears of War 4, Forza 4, and The Surge at the moment. See pics below for benchmark information. Look how well the CPU performs overclocked!

On my pre-built Tower I had a ryzen 1400... It was okay but wasn't getting the job done. The ryzen 1600 went above and beyond my expectations. With six cores and 12 threads, it has plenty of power. The heatsink that comes with this product definitely gets the job done too. It can also withstand overclocking to a certain extent. Two thumbs up

The AMD Ryzen series are great performers. This model, the 1600X, is a 6-core, 12-thread beast. Paired with the AMD GPU I purchased at the same time, this plays all of my games flawlessly.
