UK-based Arrow Films/Video is dedicated to plucking underrated horror flicks of the '70s and '80s from obscurity, making fresh 2K DVD and 1080p Blu-ray transfers and restoring them to the canon of revered American horror movies. This 6-disc set resurrects Malatesta's Carnival of Blood, a cannibal tale taking place at an abandoned theme park, The Witch Who Came from the Sea, about how the fantasies of a disturbed young woman (Mollie Perkins) start to spill into real life, and The Premonition, in which a family struggles to rescue their young daughter from an impostor mother. Extras include interviews with directors, writers and actors, production stills, commentary tracks, a 60-page booklet with essays by Kim Newman, trailers, TV spots and more.
