Questions & Answers (27)
- A: No this will not quick charge both devices at once. One port is QC3.0, the other is Ankers IQ tech, which charges at [email protected]. If you find an Anker/Roav charger with IQ3 tech, that meets the standards of QC and will fast charge both devices even if the ‘fast charging’ isnt displayed(its not displayed because its not using a qualcomm chip, but using Ankers patented chips and tech).
Q: Can it charge an android or iPhone 6s individually without effecting phone performance? (5 answers)
A: What do you mean effecting performance? Any decent charger shouldnt effect how the phone performs. Roav(Anker) makes great chargers, I own this car charger, and a bunch of their other chargers and have never had an issue with them effecting how my phone performs. In fact, I also purchased one of these for my dad and he also loves it, and now uses it to power his Wireless Car Charging Stand which requires a QC3.0 charger to work properly. You shouldnt have any issues with an iPhone 6 and Android. I would recommend the Android using the QC port and the iPhone using the IQ port, because the iPhone cant utilize Qualcomm Quick Charge, where many androids can, but an iPhone can take advantage of IQ charging technology, similar to using a 12W Apple iPad charger for an iPhone it will charge the phone at an increased [email protected].Q: Will this charger work on Galaxy J3 V? (4 answers)
A: Don't know what a 'Galaxy J3 V' is, a smartphone or a computer, but basically it works like this. When you start your car it has a small GPS device that records the location and sends the information as a text message to your phone or computer. says something like 'parking spot recorded' gives the lon-lat and sends you a link to activate the camera on your phone to take a picture to accompany the text. It sends the vehicle location to your navigation system, somehow, I have used both my home computer and my smartphone to access it. It's actually a pretty nifty device, lot of capability for a twenty dollar car charger. To top it off it LOOKS LIKE a CAR CHARGER, so if your car is stolen, or otherwise misplaced, you can find it quickly using your home computer or smartphone. Plus it has, don't have one myself, an advanced iQ(?) charger that charges the most stubborn devices, like tablets, cameras, etc., that need the higher current output. Sounds like I own stock in the company or someth'n, nope, just stumbled upon it on myBestBuy, bought the last two they had, one for my car and one for my truck. my advice is simple, get it.- A: Mine fast charges fine. If yours isn't, it's likely your car port isn't putting out enough power, or your USB cable isn't rated for fast charging. Try a better cable and a different car/port.
Q: Can this be used with android phones. Do the cables plugs fit androids (1 answers)
A: Yes, I have two android phones and it works fine.- A: The lighting bolt means fast charging. I bought this charger and it's not fast charging like the lighting bolt charger....
Q: Are the ports USB 3.0? (1 answers)
A: Yes and quick chargeQ: Can this track my vehicle (6 answers)
A: It saves where you parked and such, but does it over Bluetooth via the app. It doesn't live update to some website if someone steals your car, if that's what you are asking. It saves last known location once you turn the car off.
