Purchased not too long ago, but for the price, I guess this is what one gets, and as long as the apparatus is cared for.., I am hoping it will last a least three years. My only complaint is that the stand feels flimsy, and not much flexibility to tilt the monitor up and down. I am unable to comment about tilting from side to side because it does not have that capability. Overall, it seemed to have fit my budget, so three stars for it right now.
