I bought the 12.9 inch iPad Pro and it is far and away one of the best technological devices i've ever used. The build is top notch Apple. It feels so light, yet the internal specs rival most top line laptops. There is virtually no lag in the software and the app library is robust. The liquid retina display is sharp and the colors pop. The speakers are clear and the sound is robust. This is the perfect tool for anyone who lives in the photography and video world but it may not check all the boxes for serious professionals. Youtube iPad pro reviews from The Verge to see what i mean. At the end of the day, if you are looking for the ultimate tablet experience with all the high end bells and whistles, this tablet is for you. The Apple Pencil 2 is also an experience that is unmatched elsewhere. It literally feels like your writing and drawing on paper and they've made significant upgrades from the Gen 1 verison. . Must have if you like to draw or edit pictures on the iPad

I had the last 10.5" ipad pro and just upgraded to the new 12.9. I had actually returned the previous gen 12.9 and switched to the 10.5 because it was too large. However, with the minimum bezels on this new ipad, the size is perfect. I love using it for reading news, browsing the web, imessage, netflix/youtube, etc. The screen is incredible, and it never lags. Apple doesn't have much competition for great tablets, and this new generation made the gap even larger. It's expensive, but if you have the money then it's a great device.

I have a MacBook Pro that I don’t even use anymore. The IPad Pro does everything I need and is lighter and easier to carry. I love the pencil. I use it to sign documents and my daughter uses it to draw. We ended up buying her one because she would take it as soon as I got home so she could draw on Procreate.
