Didn't open it until christmas eve to wrap which was my mistake. It works so I'm super happy about that. But the dents and scratches to the actual iPad on the screen and on the back was a little bit of a let down honestly. Aside from that, received a SAMSUNG charger with it. Not even the best buy brand but a flat out, worn out SAMSUNG charger with it. Obviously I was not going to be giving that to my daughter for christmas so I will be needing to buy another charger. But so far, it turns on, she was able to sign in, and it works.

As a refurbished item, this is great. Indistinguishable from new. As an iPad, works great. Again, indistinguishable in terms of performance for the normal stuff we do...basic communications, reading, streaming, etc.

I have no idea!! I ordered it once, somehow it was sent to my old address. OK.. they credited my acct and I re-ordered it. Now, I wait, and wait! It was sitting in a FedEx, about 200 miles away, 3 weeks ago. Then was sent over 300 miles farther, the wrong way! Now it sits there! THREE weeks! ONE nights drive for a FedEx truck! Was scheduled for delivery TWO weeks ago, now its scheduled Monday. Maybe!!
