First, smart phones are amazing - should ALL get 5 stars, just for the miniature amazing workhorses that they are. And I mean, this phone is a refurbished 11 Pro. Can't expect too much from the poor little thing. But it was about the same price as replacing the broken front and back screens on my prior one, so... That said, the details of the minor dysfunctions are that 1. camera doesn't focus close up. 2. The phone speaker gets tinny/echo-y with calls until I power off and back up again. 3. There are inconsistent haptic sounds when I get texts. 4. And the battery is what you would expect. Lasts 8 hr. Fine. I'm waiting on the iPhone 17 - think there may be an updated camera with that version? - so this is fine for now!

It is a fantastic purchase from Best Buy, from the time we were searching to the time we selected and the package was very decent, you can never know that this phone was refurbished, looks new and we are very satisfied.
