I ordered this Refurbished MacBook Air. I paid extra for two day shipping. The day is was supposed to arrive I received an alert from UPS that there was hazardous material on my package and could not be delivered. After contacting Best Buy and they contacting UPS I was informed that the battery on the laptop was leaking and could not be shipped. They informed me they would send a second laptop which arrived today. After turning it on for the first time I realized neither the keyboard or the tracking pad was working. I used a USB mouse and keyboard to update the computer and still they would not work. I contacted Apple Support who after trying a few steps informed me I would have to contact BestBuy. BestBuy connected me to their geek squad where a person who obviously did not know much about computers finally informed me that I would have to bring it to a BestBuy store. I will be asking for a full refund. I find it unacceptable that both computers were defective. Honestly next time I will just buy a new computer.
