I would recommend Refurbished items.My sons happy with the ipad.The packaging was great.Its like brand new.No scratches on it.Im really pleased with the service that i got from Best Buy Customer Service.

Who said that it would show signs of wear ( they lied ) I can't tell, the only difference between this one and a new one is the box it came in. Would tell my friends to buy a refurbish one and save some big $$$.
