1st off, i receive the phone late. The phone was locked and before i buy it i asked if my carrier will be able to unlock it and i was told yes by a geek squad agent which is a total lie. today is the 15th day i have the phone and it's locked, i called multiple times and people keep telling me different information like these workers really don't know their stuff. I've call 3 times today and i have been on hold for more than 15 mins each time and no one answer. With all this hustle, i regret purchasing this phone from best buy, i should have just paid extra and get it from apple. And there's a $35 dollar fee to return the phone and a 14 day return policy which sucks. i wish i knew this b4 purchasing.

Got a refurbished iphone. It had nothing but static on the receiving end of all phone calls and the total inability hear on the initiating end of most phone calls. Returned it the first day.
