I previously used the 4S and SE, so upgrading to the 7 took some adjustment to the larger size. Screen size is convenient, just big enough to fit comfortably in hand. Not a fan of the home button - feels flimsy, not smooth like the other models. The lack of earphone jack is a major turnoff but there is an adaptor, which avoids the expensive purchase of the air pods.

The phone works great and I saved over $100 by purchasing it as a refurbished model. I have purchased many Apple products as refurbished or open box at Best Buy and have had very good experiences with them all.
