iPad mini - Right Size and Capacity
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided it was time to upgrade from my iPad 4 and I wanted to go with a mini this time around. For me the size is perfect! I love the form factor. I use it around the house all the time and with my Parrot drone. The size makes it great to just throw in my laptop bag or car and take with me. My opinion is I will use my laptop for more task/work oriented things, like writing this review. I use my iPad for Facebook, email, web surfing, home automation, video and photography tasks and a whole lot more. The 128GB is perfect! My previous iPad had 16GB and I was not able to load multiple movies, video and music to take with me. The screen is gorgeous and Netflix looks great on it. The camera does a great job for photos and video. I am so happy to have upgraded and love having the fingerprint sensor on it like my iPhone. I found a nice Solo case for it and I am happy! Bought my wife one for the holidays this season too :-). She loves hers as well. If you have a laptop handy consider the smaller mini. I found I am using this one a lot more just because of its size.

iPad mini was a good quality.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like iPad mini because it’s so easy to use. The iPad mini 4 is part of a dying breed of tablets. As phones become ginormous an 8 inch tablet doesn't make as much sense to many people anymore. However, if your phone is five to six inches or smaller an 8 inch tablet still serves a good purpose. It is bigger and more enjoyable to watch movies and play games on, and can still complement your cellular phone. Plus, the iPad mini 4 is considerably more portable than the regular sized iPad which isn't huge but is a bit cumbersome to carry with you on a regular basis. If you enjoy reading books in particular on a tablet or e-reader the iPad mini 4 is an excellent size for this purpose. It is incredibly light, while offering a super sharp screen with good color and contrast while having less reflection due to the lamination process used on the Mini 4. It is speedy enough for most everyone's needs, however it is not the fastest or the latest and greatest product from Apple. That being said, if you don't want to spend $600 on Apple's iPad Pro and or would like a tablet that is a bit easier to handle you can't go wrong with the iPad mini 4.

Awesome mini!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Love my mini I had an original iPad I sold it to my neighbor and purchased the mini is more convenient for me. I use it a lot for work to take photos of my work and document my AV and 12 volt installation. I highly recommended to anyone who's looking to keep up with his business and fun at the same time. I also purchased a keyboard wise investment it protects my mini and helps me with work.

Perfect tablet for DJI Mavic Pro and Spark
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up the iPad mini 4 to use with my DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Spark. The DJI GO 4 app was not compatible with my iPad mini 2, so it was time for an upgrade. Prior to this purchase, I was using my iPhone 7 to fly. But, the screen is so tiny on the iPhone 7 that the experience was just horrible. After using the iPad mini 4, I couldn’t be happier. I discovered that I really enjoy using the map view instead of the fpv from the camera. iPad min 4 is perfect and simply awesome for my needs.(photo taken using Mavic and IPad mini 4)

I can’t live without my iPad mini 4 - I love it!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find my Apple iPad mini 4 indispensable, especially because I have paired it with a ZAGG Folio case. This turns it into a small laptop that fits into my purse and comes in handy whether I’m in meetings, traveling or shooting video. The iPad is very user friendly and versatile even for someone who is low tech. A great feature on the iPad is “Air Drop” which comes in handy when transferring photos.

Outstanding tablet for every tech level
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned 2 previous tablets (both Apple products). The iPad Mini 4 is very powerful. It functions seamlessly as I frequently multi-task. Music, email, & social media are some of features this tablet excels with (the screen is crisp & lush). The touch id is a time saver (and is accurate). The iPad 4 is extremely lightweight (but it feels plenty sturdy). I was able to land mine as Best Buy had marked it down $100 (a no-brainer really :)

Perfect sized iPad w/ lots of memory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So pleased with the great price I received on the iPad 4 mini 128 gb. I did get this online pre-Black Friday on Thanksgiving evening. That was somewhat of a challenge because the internet in general could not handle the traffic - I ended up on the phone with Best Buy and the outcome was awesome. I do recommend a thin glass protector for the glass screen, a body protector and a Bluetooth keyboard. I never use my MacBook or Windows laptop at all now. iPad handles everything I need !

Wish I had purchased sooner.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Ipad mini 4 is what I have needed. I play a lot of games and this has the memory and speed I needed. I am old and holding my iPhone for long period’s of time caused my hands to cramp. I have told a lot of my friends about this. I was able to set it up myself also. It is a lot easier to operate than my laptop.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between WIFI and "WIFI + Unlocked" or "WIFI + AT&T or Verizon or Sprint"? Is it simply a software lock or unlock change or is it a hardware addition of cellular features?
Asked by Mike.
- A:Answer WiFi means you can connect the iPad to any Wi-Fi access point like your home or a coffee shop. When you add “unlocked” to that, it means the iPad is also equipped with a cellular data modem that can be used on cellular data networks provided by cellular carriers (like a smart phone, but only data...no “voice” plan), but the iPad is not “locked” to a specific carrier when you buy it. You can choose a carrier and change carriers as you see fit. When a carrier is specified in the description, the iPad cellular modem is locked to that carrier and can only be moved to a different carrier after being unlocked by the original carrier. Usually this means the original carrier subsidized the price to some extent in order to get you to sign up for a wireless plan with a one or two year commitment. Unlocking the iPad would likely require that you pay the original carrier a fee for letting you out of the time commitment, if you terminate early. If you satisfy your service contract time commitment, you will still need to have the original carrier “unlock” the iPad from their network, if you want to change carriers at a future date. Even with “WiFi only”, you can make voice and video “calls” over data using various “apps” (like FaceTime and Skype) as long as you are connected to a WiFi network. However, there is no phone app on the iPad, so you can’t make regular phone calls on the iPad even if you have the version that includes cellular data capability. Just like a laptop, it isn’t a “phone”.

Q: QuestionWhat does “WiFi + unlocked” exactly mean? And what’s the difference between just “WiFi”?
Asked by Chevy.
- A:Answer WiFi means it will get a internet signal from your home internet or a hotel, restaurant signal. Unlocked is so you can get a signal from your phone company.

Q: QuestionI want to buy a new mini iPad and give my old one to a relative. Can the data from my old iPad be transferred to the new one?
Asked by Mouse.
This question was asked about the related product: Apple - iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi 128GB - Space Gray
- A:Answer The answer is yes, but it's not necessarily automatic. All of the data that you've chosen to save in your iCloud account will transfer when you log in using the same credentials. If you are referring to your photos and apps then you would need to specifically allow those items to be stored in your iCloud first so that when you log in to the new device those items will will be available. You can also use iTunes to do this. Here is a link explaining the different ways you can transfer your data: https://www.imore.com/how-transfer-data-your-old-ipad-to-your-new-ipad?amp Hope this was helpful!

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference from open box and a refurbished? Can ipad wifi only be upgraded to wifi cellular? If I returned a refurbished item that is purchased online, how many days will i get my money back? I can jz return it in any bestbuy store? Tnx
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Open Box is an item that was returned to Best Buy after it was opened. They can't legally sell it as "new" since it was opened, even if it was never used. Refurbished items were returned due to an issue, and then fixed by the manufacturer. If you want to use an iPad on a cellular network, you need to buy one that cellular capable. An iPad that's listed as WiFi will not work. You need to spend a little more and get a WiFi/Cellular model. Best Buy allows 14 days for electronics returns, and you can take an online purchase in to your local store for return, with receipt.

Q: QuestionCan I use my cell phone data to get onto the internet on the iPad when no Wi-Fi is available? Like make my own hot spot?
Asked by Hotspot.
- A:Answer I don’t even think you need to create a “hot spot”; you just use the data that you have on your plan using the SIM card. It works great!
