Apple® - iPhone® 4S with 16GB Memory Mobile Phone - Black (AT&T)

I use my iphone as my computer. It is the best phone i ever had. I love that I can see it out side. I will not upgrade unless there is a feature on the new one that i really want. I love how i can use my gift cards from my ipod on my iphone and all the apps and music i have already. I love how can use use them. Before I got my iphone i was going to get an android phone but I said then I can't use my gift cards ,apps and music that i have. Best phone ever!!!!!

This phone is absolutely smooth... I am still getting to know Siri, and she is very helpful. I went from a Windows based phone to an Android, then finally to the OS. OS is definately the smoothest and fastest, with ATT. I'm a believer. The only downfall is that this phone is only as good as the case you get to protect it. The screen is super fragile. But I got an Otter Box. Indoor pics could be better. Outdoor pics as incredible. The pic was taken with the front camera...My son was all amazed as you can see...

love all the features and the apps complete the package - if you are going to have a cell phone the only choice is an IPhone 4S

I upgraded from an iPhone 3GS. The transition to this new phone was smooth. The screen appears sharper, the sound and image quality is great, though I can't really tell if there was improvement there. I had been sold on the idea that the internet speed would be better and it definitely appears that it is. It took me a little while to get the hang of some of the new features, and I haven't yet gotten along with Siri. I probably won't use that much. It's frustrating that she can't learn to understand some simple names and things. I speak in unaccented American English and Siri is not able to understand a last name that begins with "McG...". I also wanted Siri to open the navigation app "Waze", which I often use, but she got confused. She kept recognizing it as "ways" and insisting I don't have such an app. Aside from the problems with Siri, I'm very happy with my new phone and I got a great price because I was eligible for an AT&T upgrade. Oh, and I really am appreciating having a flash camera! The 3GS didn't have one. It also didn't have the capability of taking pictures from both sides of the phone. I'm happy this 4S can.

I purchased an iphone for my daughter with a protection plan and 3 of your employees at the phone station told me the plan covered ANY damage to the phone. They told me if the phone was damaged in anyway it would be replaced if I had the protection plan. Today Sat April 13th my daughter accidently dropped her phone in the toilet and she couldn't make phone calls after. I told the Geek Squad Customer Service Manager in the Pottstown, PA. store honestly what happened and he said THAT it wasn't covered for that. He was short....curt and rude. He definitely needs to go to a Customer Relations class. I asked him to talk to the manager and he laughed and said, "you are looking at him." I said surely you have a superior and he.said he wasn't there. He took down my name and phone number and I never heard from his superior. I asked him to print me a copy of the protection plan and he made my daughter and I wait for 10 minutes and then came out and handed me about a 12-14 page policy and he highlighted the emersion in water paragraph. I then called the corporate office and talked to two very nice Customer Relations women that tried to help me. Then I talked to a public defender who refused to understand and would not replace my phone like I wanted. In the past 2 months I have purchased a Toshiba laptop, a router, a modem, a cd , Microsoft Office software and an IPHONE with cover and protective film for keyboard. I have bought many many products over the years from BEST BUY. Because of the way people treated me, did not give me a copy or explain the Protection Plan thoroughly and the total mishandling of the entire situation and really upset me to the point THAT I WILL NEVER purchase another thing at Best Buy again. You lost a good customer today !

This extension of my body goes everywhere with me and does everything for me, starting with the most versatile alarm clock you could ask for, reading the newspaper, checking on banking, listening to music, viewing and sending pictures, checking Facebook, Googling things, checking the weather, getting driving directions, sending and receiving FREE iMessages, scanning UPC bar codes and QR codes even while you're shopping, and downloading free apps for every store, bank, and company you deal with. The camera is higher quality than the ones that only take pictures, and there are dozens of settings you can change whenever you want. I have a different picture and a different ring tone for each contact. It's not heavy, not expensive, and not hard to use. It's almost ideal.

Previously had the 3s and loved it, but loving this even more. It's faster, and love the camera. Higher resolution , and the flash feature. Siri is great, but it uses a lot of your data plan when not hooked to Wifi. For the price, this was a great purchase...$49.00,,, the sales staff was great even though had to wait a while to get serviced. The only thing bad, was the fact the sales associate failed to let us know that there was an upgrade fee of $36 that was going to be on our first bill. There was no mention in the ad except for an activation fee, but we already had a number with AT&T and was upgrading, not activating. Also no mention of the amount of $36. The last time the upgrade fee with AT&T was only $18. Training training training Best Buy. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Overall, a great mobile device. I had an 8GB iPhone from sprint before and when I filled it up and needed to upgrade I decided to change to AT&T b/c sprint's service was terrible; I could never talk on their service with out the call being disconnected multiple times. Only real complaint about iPhone is the slow shutter speed on the camera...takes great pics of slow moving or still objects, but not so great keeping up with small children.
