A: They should both be brand new, but the prepaid account is going to have some limitations. Nationwide calling area not included as well as a few other differences and restrictions. Check it out before you decide. I just went through this decision myself. My company, WINGsReality EDU is in the aviation training business. The prepaid phone saves a little bit of money but wasn't going to work for me because I travel a lot in my business and would be roaming a lot. That would have been expensive!
