Q: Does this item come in 16gb?
A: I think it used to. But it is all dependent on the seller. If you are looking for a new phone, that may be difficult to find. They are usually refurbished or used.
A: I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure you would minimally have to be 18 to enter into a legal contract, such as the type that would be required for a contracted phone agreement. Your parent/guardian would probably need to be the primary account holder to start a new account.
A: There's an activation fee, however Best Buy doesn't charge you the fee upfront as Sprint does because Best Buy is an authorized dealer. Not aware of the savings of $250 a month deal vs lower fee. I'd ask if Best Buy can transfer "guts" of current phone, if I were changing phones, but I never change devices, just went in and bought a new device.
