I'm a fan of Apple products and needed a new laptop. This is small, light and powerful enough for my needs. The keyboard took a little getting used to, but I am happy with it now.

Customer service-0/5 stars. All 3 representatives couldn't seem to figure out why I didn't receive a tracking number or where my package was. One said it was shipped and didn't update on their end, the second (I swear he was on his personal cell phone because it kept cutting out) said it was lost, the third said they ran out. Nobody gave me a straight answer... When it did arrive... I loved it. It's gorgeous, slim and it's not slow like people say. I got the clear Speck case to go with it. Definitely a different feel from my MacBook Pro! Love it! 5/5 for the laptop itself.
