Customers regard the 2015 MacBook Air's performance as reliable and capable of smooth operation. Arrived with no protection packaging, it was in a cardboard box with nothing else. After opening, I pulled the charger from the box. As I did, one of the “legs,” that pop out from the charger, to wrap the charging cord around, just fell off of the block, without touching it. Then once I began to set up the MacBook, I couldn’t complete the set up process because one letter on the keyboard won’t function, the letter B key. When I press the B key, I hear an error sound. I did do some research to try managing it myself. So I tried turning the unit off and on, as well as restarting it. I also tried to free and clean any debris beneath the B key. Nothing I tried, worked. What I’m most disappointing with, is it appears Best Buy can’t seem to be bothered to check each pre owned product before resale. The MacBook sent to me did not appear to be pre-owned. This product seems refurbished, which I specifically avoided ordering. Especially after doing my own research and reading the descriptions of preowned vs refurbished. I’m frustrated and I don’t understand why this keeps happening! Stop selling products that don’t work. Be better to your customers and stop wasting our time!

This came in the most perfect condition i was skeptical at first but once i unboxed it i just knew it was worth what i paid and more!! NO dents or scratches keys work perfectly i recommend you take the risk and buy it!!!

Minor scratches in the bottom, but so far it’s been working great :)
