Honestly I love my first ever laptop, you get exactly what you want with your money, even though it’s expensive I recommend saving money for it. It runs super fast without any lag, no issues at all.

Purchased for grandson starting college journalism school. We knew what we had to have on the computer and we ordered it that way. So far he loves it he is getting used to it before school starts. The only thing that upset me was I made an appointment to go in my favorite store in Fort Worth for Best Buy and I was told that I had 1/2 an hour with the salesman to make a decision I was not a happy camper and I told the salesman that we needed more time. I was ready to walk out the door and go to your competitor the Apple store when the manager stepped in and helped us get this purchase completed. I understand the problem you’re having with the Covid problem but some of your sales people need some training you almost lost the $3000 sale . Mr.Moore
