Customers admire the features of the MacBook Pro 15.4" but have expressed concerns regarding its battery life. Several users reported needing battery replacements or experiencing the laptop shutting down unexpectedly after short periods of use, even when plugged in. Very happy with this purchase. With it's 15-inch screen, Intel Core i7 processor and 8GB of RAM it's better than most and able to run my 64 camera capture software. With 1/2 terabyte of sold state hard drive space it has plenty of storage. The ONLY thing to know is it doesn't have a USB-3 port. Only several USB-2 and lightning ports. I didn't need USB-3 so it's the perfect laptop for me.

There are a few px in the screen that are a bit wonky but other than that the computer is great. A few of the keys had some glue type substance on it that was easy to take off. No scratches and no dents.

Ok laptop but the keys would get hot. This was a pre-owned and I believe refurbished before that so that may have contributed to its troubles. It would also freeze on some screens. I'm a new Apple user but this one convinced me to return to Windows so back it went to the store.
