I had moved away from a Mac in favor of a PC for the last year, but am so glad to be back. Unlike my PC laptop, this MacBook Pro has a quick, powerful response with anything I do. My PC was getting so bogged down as it loaded up, so it was quite frustrating. This Mac is very light weight, has tons of memory, quick processing. Though I'm mildly sad to lose USB ports, I bought a $5 adapter that bridged that gap. I'm getting used to the touch bar, but finding it useful in certain programs. The extra large track pad is an upgrade from what I used to have. Very happy!

I have wanted a new MacBook Pro for a long time and was able to finally splurge and get this model. The screen, the speed, everyone this is incredible. The only reason for the 4 stars is the description. It took me WEEKS to finally get confirmation of the processor speed. In that time I missed a decent sale on the machine. it is the 2.6Mhz machine. Price, well... if is so expensive. Hopefully time will show it to be not too bad of a value!

Purchased for my daughter in High School who is now a Freshman in college studying Dance and Technical Theatre. It was the best investment. She loves all the things she can create using it. it is very light weight. She uses it while working in the Technical Theater field and is so amazed when she discovers another new function. It makes her wanting to see what else she can create while using this amazing computer.
