So at the time it was more expensive of a computer than I wanted. Its superb in how fast the processor is and the sound from speakers are crisp and clear. The screen in order to watch movies that are saved and downloaded or streaming videos have excellent quality. I thought it was too high a price to pay at the time, but I’m happy I did. I understand that the laptop is moving to a discless use which is true. There is no disc port and no USB either but a new plug or adapter is needed if you need to but technology is moving forward and this opens the door to take care of that. There are matching adapter which I did buy and makes it worth it. I would buy it again.

This macbook pro has a great config and theoretically could handle heavy computational tasks as one would expect. However, when it comes to practice, there are some issues you might need to consider before buying it. One annoying thing is, due to air conditioning gaps placed on the frame, when you open the lid and work with it (even semi-heavy computations like watching videos, etc.), hot air blows out of the body and goes downwards. Hence, if you definitely have to forget about putting it on your lap and work with it. Another issue is, since I started using it, there were few times that I heard awkward noises while I was working with it. The noise is somehow similar to the sound when you empty the Trash bin on mam OS. The last issue I would like to mention is, sometimes the touch bar looks somewhat blurry. At least it is not as clear and sharp as the other macbook pro 13" that we have. Rather than the mentioned issues, I'm really happy with this macbook pro.
