If you want to use for Cricut Design space don't buy this one. It's the only one they don't support and I did not know it because the BB description does not tell you what generation this is. I had to wait until I got it and tried it in design space and when it said "not supported, I looked up code on the back of the iPad to find out that this is 1st gen iPad mini that is close to 8 years old! Best Buy won't even let me pay more for a higher generation one without sticking me with $45 restocking fee. I only bought this to use with my Cricut because Cricut stopped supporting Google chromebook that I was using and now I had a. iPad I cant use unless I want to give BB more money for upgrade plus, "$45 salt in my wound". Thanks for crappy customer service BB. Oh yeah tablet runs real slow also.

Great item! Was not sure about buying refurbished but this product is great! Looks brand new.. works wonderful.. wonderful item for my five year old!

Bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. It's perfect for playing games and navigating educational contents. 4 stars only because it came with after market charging supplies that didn't work.
