The ipad wouldn’t update passed ios 9.3.5. I did not know what generation ipad mini I had but I couldn’t download any app or back my ipad up from my phone. I brought the ipad in store and discovered it was an old generation that was basically becoming extinct in less than 2 weeks so I returned it.

Bought for children’s use. But doesn’t not allow for Disney +. iPad quality was overall good, but there is no point of it can’t be used for intended purpose.

Was delivered not even in a box, just a bubble wrap plastic, a charger but no cable (seriously, Best Buy??). I knew it's a very old model, there are still some kids apps to download but many are not compatible. But the worst is it's EXTREMELY slow, if I don't have patience you can imagine how frustrated my 3yo. was when having to wait for some things...returned and tried an Amazon Fire HD 8" instead. Even navigating on the browser was extremely slow.
