I had no idea would not update to iOS 10 and a lot of things gonna use it for won’t work...I am very upset the fact that the charger is not apple and half the time get an error saying device not comparable although this could have been in description I feel mislead and won’t be buying much more from Best Buy.

This iPad is a great deal for its price and was in great condition. I would highly suggest you to DOWNGRADE THIS IPAD to iOS 8.4.1 for the best result, it will be much faster. Check YouTube for a tutorial. Only thing is, the NON RETINA DISPLAY is very ugly, highly recommend for people to buy the iPad mini 2 instead like I ended up doing.

I couldn't believe it was pre-owned. It is in excellent condition. So far runs great, no problems at all.
